Withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you receive the bottles. Use the button below, or send the model form.

What happens next
- Your withdrawal takes effect the moment you send it. If the online button recognises your order number and the mail provider accepts the message, you receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail. If PEIL cannot match the reference or send the confirmation, the withdrawal remains valid and the page asks you to e-mail info@peil.nu for the confirmation on a durable medium.
- Within 14 days we refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery, using the same means of payment.
- If you already have the bottles, we may wait until we have them back or until you have shown that you sent them back, except when PEIL has offered to collect the bottles itself. Within our delivery area we collect them by arrangement at no cost.
- Unopened bottles in their original packaging we take back without question.
